Kathryn Bingman

Prior to joining First Business Brokers, Ltd., Kathryn had been an executive in the healthcare arena for over 20 years. Her experience includes:

• Vice President of Operations for a retail medicine company where she managed the clinical operations for the 17 surgical offices in 14 states ($100 million in revenues and over 450 employees) as well as CRM and administrative technology solutions to manage the business.  While there, she devised numerous operational improvements resulting in record revenues with improved efficiency.

• Vice President and General Manager of a division of a publicly traded healthcare technology company. In that role she had full P&L responsibility including sales, marketing, product development, engineering, implementation services, and client services. 

• Launched a startup venture
• Managed a drug compliance program and nurse call center for 70,000 MS patients for a large pharmaceutical company
• Negotiated multi-million dollar contracts, evaluated potential acquisitions and divested a company within her division.

• Chief Information Officer for in a managed care organization and a hospital system. She was involved in over 8 changes in ownership including 6 mergers/acquisitions and played a key role on core team of executives that presented to and secured an outside purchaser with a purchase price of $30,000,000 (2 times revenue).

Kathryn began her career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen & Co. in Denver, Colorado where she worked in various industries including healthcare, real estate, retail and manufacturing.

Kathryn graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a BS in Accounting. She is a member of the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce, the Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Women Business Owners as well as other organizations.
